• Track project budgets, certify contractor payments, forecast costs, and identify opportunities to maximise value whilst mitigating overspends
• Develop and monitor detailed project schedules, track milestones, and proactively address potential delays to keep projects on track.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor workmanship, ensure compliance with design and contract requirements, and identify issues early to mitigate abortive costs
• Act as the central point of communication between clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth collaboration and timely resolution of issues.
• Identify potential risks, provide mitigation strategies, resolve disputes and technical challenges efficiently to protect client interests.
• Prepare final certificates, confirm completion of works, ensure defects are addressed and provide comprehensive reporting for a smooth handover to our clients.
