The project comprised of the refurbishment and extension of a semi-detached family home situated in Herne Bay which is a well-known seaside town in Kent. Close collaboration with the client resulted in a carefully designed scheme to meet their everyday needs whilst maximising the interior spaces. Build cost £250K with an 8-month construction programme.
