Extension and refurbishment of a period townhouse within the Mayfair Conservation area. The project focused on maximising its commercial value which involved improving floor layouts by way of relocating the existing lift core and increasing net lettable area. The building received high quality finishes and smart functionality. Build cost £5M with an 18-month construction programme.
