Town regeneration project focusing on the relationship between retail, leisure, food & beverage and residential living. The scheme ties in with the overarching masterplan for the town square with the aim to deliver 500+ residential units across four new build towers above existing and operating retail units. The project necessitates the need for careful design to meet the requirements for transport and waste, heritage and townscape, air quality, acoustics, wind tunnelling, daylight and sunlight and rights to light. Build cost £120M with a 36-month construction programme.
