The development comprises of the amalgamation of three properties to create a spacious family home. The apartment is arranged over two floors and will interconnect with the clients existing residence next door and floor below. The design features a series of interconnected spaces, including a foyer, utility room, reception area, kitchen, dining room, bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and a dressing room. Build cost £2 million with a 12-month construction programme.
