The project is located in Southwark Borough of London and involves the conversion of an existing office building to a residential property. The building comprises of three floors with a proposed roof extension of two additional floors making it a five-storey building. The top floor level has been setback to provide balconies to the flats on the fourth floor for private amenity space. Build cost £3M with an 12-month construction programme.
