Conversion and extension of an existing commercial building to create 35nr. residential units. The build comprised of the installation of lightwells and window openings to make use of the basement space along with the installation of a new lightweight third floor to increase the number of units. The project was procured on a fast-track programme and was finished to a good specification. Build cost £3M with a 12-month construction programme.
