The site is situated in the London Borough of Haringey on a threshold between residential use to the south and an estate of light industrial and commercial units to the north. It is bounded by two railway embankments and a third, heavily wooded bank. The development consisted of 72 units over 4 separate blocks with interconnecting basement for refuge and car parking. Design and build scheme with liaison required with TfL and Network Rail. Build cost £20M with an 18-month construction programme.
