A residential conversion scheme of 100,000sqft commercial office space to create 113nr. residential units comprising of a mixture of one-, two- and three-bedroom units. External fenestration changes have been implemented to capture the essence of a residential building, which has also been reinforced by the use of external balconies for additional amenity spaces. The building features communal spaces both internally and externally; the latter taking the form of playgrounds. Build cost £11M with an 18-month construction programme.
