An extensive landscaping project involving the complete overhaul of the external areas to accommodate a new master plan for the grounds. The works were overlapped with the main house works and involved extensive management and co-ordination. The works consisted of extensive hard and soft landscaping, installation of a minibike track, construction of a summer house and adjacent pergola. The planning involved the closure of the main road at Thurloe Square and craning of over 100 trees for screening purposes. Build cost £5M with an 12-month construction programme.
