The project consisted of the renovation of an existing apartment to include the strip out, reconfiguration and fit-out to an exceptionally high standard. The apartment is approximately 6,000sqft, consisting of three reception rooms, five bedrooms and a total of six bathrooms with back of house accommodation included. Build cost £4M with a 12-month construction programme.
