A townhouse renovation project, which included the amalgamation of neighbouring gardens to form part of the overall ground floor of the subject property. Infill extensions to existing courtyards were added along with above ground extensions to create additional habitable spaces. The property underwent full refurbishment and fit-out to a high standard. Build cost £3M with a 12-month construction programme.
