Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire

The project comprised of the full refurbishment and fit-out of a private house located within an Area of Special Character within the prominent area of Gerrards Cross. The works consisted of significant alterations and remodelling of the property to include full new services, home automation, cinema and catering kitchen. Build cost £1M with a 10-month construction programme.
