Colmore Row, Birmingham

This project located in Birmingham on the 18th floor of Colmore Row. The project involved the creation of a new terrace to serve private members of the commercial spaces on the lower levels. The scheme involved the design and build of hard landscaping, soft landscaping and outdoor furniture. The project was logistically challenging involving close liaison with other stakeholders within the building. Build cost £500k with a 1-month construction programme.
