The project comprised of the full refurbishment and fit-out of a 6,500sqft Grade II Listed private house arranged over 6 floors and 1 new large basement level situated in a prominent and well-known part of Belgravia. The works included the installation of a new sub-basement level under the property and major structural reconfiguration to the rest of the building. The property was finished to an exceptional standard with the finest of finishes and furniture. Build cost £3M with a 14-month construction programme.
