Permitted development conversion of an existing office building into 48 residential units within a 6-storey building. The property is located centrally close to the Town Centre and Haywards Heath Railway Station. The project was delivered on a fast-track programme under a build to rent model with the operator lined up prior to completion to take over the site. Build cost £3M with a 18-month construction programme.
