A residential refurbishment project comprising of the conversation of three apartments into one triplex apartment connected via a luxurious contemporary curved staircase. The property underwent internal reconfiguration, installation of new MEP services and fit-out to a high-quality finish including FF&E. Build cost £3M with a 12-month construction programme.
