Full strip-out, partial demolition and refurbishment of existing ground floor and first floor spaces with a new extension added at second floor over two plots. The project focused on the expansion of internal net lettable area to maximise the return on investment for the Client. The project delivered two retail units in shell condition along with three office units on the upper floors to CAT A standard. Build cost £2M with a 9-month construction programme.
