Residential Conversion Development

A vacant and redundant building built in the 1970's located adjacent to the riverbank. The proposed development consisted a change of use from Class B to Class C use to create high quality aparthotel suites in excess of 50,000sqft. The proposals included an ancillary gym, workspace and restaurant. The ground floor provides an active commercial use with a restaurant on the southern end of the building, and meeting room space at the northern end. It is expected that the new use will help to bring high spending individuals that will use the new local amenities. Build cost £10M with an 18-month construction programme.
