This project involved the reconfiguration and refurbishment of a large two-bedroom apartment in the prestigious Belgravia area. The layout was optimised to create a master bedroom with en-suite with the kitchen reconfigured to maximise space and functionality. The apartment benefits from a prime location within walking distance to Knightsbridge Station and close to retail and commercial amenities. Build cost £500K with a 6-month construction programme.
