Part demolition, strip-out and fit-out of the existing 10,000sqft basement due to failed waterproofing. Forensic investigations were undertaken to identify the source of the leak which allowed new waterproofing details to be developed and implemented to make way for the fit-out works. The design of the fit-out was to a very high standard utilising materials such as hard wood timber floors, marble walls and sandstone mouldings. Extensive landscaping works formed part of the project. Build cost £6M with a 12-month construction programme.
