The project comprised of the refurbishment of this semi-detached property located west of Central London. The design focuses on retaining and restoring as many traditional features as possible while transforming the internal layout to suit the client's modern lifestyle and needs. The project maximised the overall area of the property and made spaces more accessible by the installation of a new passenger lift. Build cost £1M with a 26-week construction programme.
