The project consisted of the demolition of two semi-detached houses and their replacement with one large family dwelling of 11,500sqft. The planning required careful consideration to overcome sensitive issues with conservation areas. The impressive redevelopment resulted in a contemporary exterior 'Arts and Crafts 'style with all elevations embellished with stonework, handmade gauged brickwork, bronze windows and external doors. The interiors were finished to a very high standard. Build cost £8M with an 18-month construction programme.
