The property was originally built in the late 19th century, just after the Royal Albert Hall, in the very similar grand style comprising of very spacious, purpose-built apartments with ornate architectural detailing. The project entailed the conversion of two apartments into one large apartment and includes full renovation and fit-out to a high standard using a very high-end fashion designer. Build cost £5M with a 16-month construction programme.
