The project comprised of the complete strip-out and fit-out of commercial office space located on the 6th floor within an occupied building. The project involved careful consideration and planning to meet the objectives of the Client whilst appeasing existing tenants. Nett lettable area was increased by 2,500sqft taking the total area delivered to 22,500sqft. This was achieved through careful design of the MEP systems. The project was finished to a very high standard and equipped with sophisticated IT systems. Build cost £3M with a 9-month construction programme.
