The project comprised of the complete strip-out and fit-out of commercial office space located on the 2nd floor within an occupied office building. Following strategic planning, permission was achieved to extend above the 1st floor to increase nett lettable area and improve circulation space. The project was finished to a very high standard and had in-built flexibility to sub-divide into smaller offices. Build cost £2M with a 6-month construction programme.
