199 Knightsbridge Apartments (II), Knightsbridge, London

The project entails the refurbishment and fit out of a highly designed and specified apartment sited in Knightsbridge. The apartment design approach was taken from a minimalistic standpoint in order to achieve a simple yet rich series of interior spaces. The design cleverly makes use of open and closed moments to allow a consistent flow of rooms whilst still defining function in each space. A careful selection of finishings were chosen in order to compliment the apartments design by a Ukrainian based interior designer. Build cost £2 million with a 12-month construction programme.
